2. Custom Made-to-Order Products

Custom made-to-order products are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Final sale items, hats, jewelry, hair accessories, and sunglasses cannot be returned or exchanged.

All items returned or exchanged must be in new condition with original tags attached. Items that are worn, altered, or damaged are not eligible.
