Processing and Shipping
We aim to process your order within 1-3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.
Exchanges
We offer FREE exchanges for eligible items. A prepaid return label will be provided. Custom made-to-order products are not eligible for exchanges.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees for the original order are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
Non-Returnable Products
Certain products, including hats, jewelry, hair accessories, sunglasses, and final sale items, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Damage During Shipping
