Refund policy

At Forever Spring Farm, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we are here to help with exchanges or returns.

Exchanges

We offer FREE exchanges within 15 days of receipt. Here's what you need to know:

  • You will receive an email with a prepaid return label and shipping instructions.
  • Custom made-to-order products cannot be exchanged.
  • Once we receive your returned item, please allow 1-3 days for inspection and processing.
  • When submitting your exchange request, please indicate the replacement size or item.

Returns

We will gladly offer store credit for approved merchandise returned within 15 days of receipt. Please note:

  • Items must be in NEW condition with original tags attached.
  • Non-returnable items include:
    • Hats, jewelry, hair accessories, sunglasses, and final sale items.
    • Items that are worn, washed, or altered.
    • Shoes/boots must not show wear on the bottom and must have all original protective packaging and tags.
    • Shoes must be placed inside a separate box or bag for shipping; the original shoe box cannot be used as the main shipping container.
    • If the returned product is not in new condition, no store credit will be issued.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be issued store credit for the original purchase price (minus shipping charges).

Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us at fsf1854orders@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt. We will require photos of the damaged item and packaging to process a refund or replacement.
